These terms apply when you use this website or engage RiseEdge Digital, a division of RiseEdge Ventures (Pty) Ltd, for a project. By using this website or sending us an enquiry, you accept these terms.

Using this website

The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. You may browse and share it, but you may not copy, scrape or reuse the content, branding or design for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Every project starts with a conversation, followed by a written quote that sets out the scope, price and timeline. Work begins only once the quote is accepted and any agreed deposit is paid.

Project work

Each project is governed by its own written quote or agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms. Timelines depend on both sides — we will always tell you upfront what we need from you (content, feedback, approvals) to keep a project on schedule.

Ownership

Once a project is paid for in full, you own the website and content we built for you. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Third-party services used in a project (such as hosting, domains or WhatsApp) remain subject to their own terms.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by South African law, RiseEdge Ventures (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above always reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
